I was charged but don't know why

Let's clarify it

In most cases, you either subscribed for a 1 or 2 month license with auto-renewal enabled or purchased a license with auto-renewal enabled a year ago.
Placing such orders, client is accepting automatic renewal and provides the details of bank card that will be charged.

Please check if you plan to use the license. If yes, activation code is already on your e-mail, enjoy!
If you do not plan - please, disable auto-renewal.
In case you need a refund, please send us a request. Customer Support specialist will sort out the situation and will contact you within 1-2 business days by e-mail.
